New year new me. 

I used to make fun of that expression. Why does everyone have to be so dramatic about January 1st? Nothing has changed except your perception, I would think.

But here we are in 2016, and now I'm the dramatic one. January 5th and kale-deep in our New Years Resolutions, I'm feeling truly inspired by everyone motivated to improve themselves - inside and out. 

2015 treated me well. I graduated from college, spent six months in Spain, traveled through Morocco and London for two weeks, and had a few days here and there in France. I was reminded that no matter the culture, language spoken, or amount of "things" owned, we ALL eat and drink. We all have that in common. 

So my resolutions? Eat a delicious, balanced diet, and share my kitchen table with others regardless of our differences.
